YOU WILL NEED: Your Maine state issued driver's license or State ID card on hand at the time of the visit.

All of your questions will be answered at the time of your visit, and NP Taylor will remain available for additional questions throughout the year.
MMCP Certification Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of certification.
Lost cards can be re-issued and will have the same expiration date as the original; a replacement fee may apply.
